Shipping and Returns

Orders ship out no later than 2 business days after we receive the order. Delivery can be expected up to 7-10 business days after shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from, you can return your order to Lifeline First Aid for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them.

If you have purchased a Lifeline First Aid product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Please reference your order number from your purchase.
Clearly reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team. You can write it on the outside of the box next to the shipping label.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
